Making myself workout
Today I am grateful that I was able to talk myself into working out. It is a daily battle that I have been loosing lately, so today is a victory! I hope to get in three to four times a week realistically, ideal five would be awesome. Time will tell and the daily battle will happen, but man do I feel good when I am done.
